As an assistant director of program management, Sarah is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable populations through the implementation of effective healthcare programs. Through her work at Health Affairs, Sarah helps to provide innovative solutions to complex problems, and she believes that collaboration and partnership are key to achieving lasting change. Sarah currently manages the Medicaid Beneficiaries Benefits Assessment which seeks to better understand the utilization of benefits provided to West Virginians within the Medicaid program. Additionally, Sarah has worked as a Program Manager on the IDD-MHBH and ARPED programs.
