Gabriela is a Senior Instructional Designer with more than 18 years of experience in the field and has comprehensive knowledge of online educational pedagogy. She provides project management and supervision for instructional design efforts, as well as development of course materials that are functional, intuitive, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles aligned with the Quality Matters standards.  

In her role, she designs, develops, and supports projects’ trainings products, providing engaging learning experiences. She incorporates Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework to improve and optimize teaching and learning experiences and follows Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to create high quality and fully accessible content for our projects.   

Gabriela has worked on the following projects: Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities and Mental and Behavioral Health Disorders (IDDMHBH); Person-Centered Trauma-Informed Care (PCTIC); Direct Care Worker Cliff Study (DCWCS); Introductory and Advanced Courses in Medicaid Administrative Data, as well as onboarding trainings.
