Dr. Ngo is a program evaluation specialist (research associate) at the WVU Health Affairs Institute. Her expertise is data analysis and statistical modeling for program and policy evaluation. She is particularly interested in Medicaid services, population health and public health surveillance, and behavioral health.
Dr. Ngo previously supported the Evaluation of American Rescue Plan Act Workforce Training and Education and Outreach Initiatives, Phase 2 (ARPEV 2) project and the COVID-19 Policy Evaluation 2b project. Currently, she is supporting the Substance Use Disorder Waiver Evaluation, Phase 5 (SUDE 5), the System of Care (SOC) 5 project, the State Opioid Response Evaluation (SORE5), and the Overdose Data to Action (ODTA 4) project.
