As a Program Manager for Health Affairs Institute, Matt works with diverse project teams to achieve deliverables that exceed client expectations on time and budget. He has led various project initiatives including survey implementation, incentive management, vendor communications, and marketing outreach.  

Matt has a passion for the people of West Virginia and has spent his career helping develop small businesses in the state. His experience in logistics, project management, aerospace manufacturing, quality control, and finance allows him to provide a wide range of expertise within Health Affairs and further enhance relationships with partners. 

Matt currently manages the Medicaid Beneficiaries Benefits Assessment which seeks to better understand the utilization of benefits provided to West Virginians within the Medicaid program. Additionally, Matt is working on the Direct Care Workforce Capacity project, which aims to recruit and train up to 800 direct care professionals to help address WV’s immediate shortage of direct care workers.
