As a research specialist with the Health Affairs Institute, Kyle is a valued team member with the Children’s Mental Health Evaluation project. His main focuses on the team consists of engaging with stakeholders as well as collecting and analyzing data that help build meaningful reports that make positive contributions to West Virginia. With a decade of experience working in in-patient mental health, Kyle is a strong advocate for mental health awareness in West Virginia.

Prior to joining the Health Affairs Institute, Kyle worked for West Virginia University Medicine at the Chestnut Ridge Center as a recreational therapist, discharge planner, and mental health specialist. While attaining his MPH at West Virginia University, Kyle served as Vice President of Community Service with the Gammu Mu chapter of the Delta Omega Honorary Society and also proposed addendums to the WV Department of Health and Human Resources’ concept of operations for novel infectious diseases that were later adopted.
