As a Program Coordinator at the Health Affairs Institute, Kayla uses her keen administrative and communication skills to aide in the organizational processes of the Medicaid Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) Treatment Outcomes and Recovery (MOTOR) team. In her role, she assists with documentation, coordination of schedules and meetings, procurement, and expense reconciliation. Her expertise lies in attention to detail, bridging community relationships, procedure improvement, and financial tracking. 

Prior to joining Health Affairs, Kayla’s work experience included business operations, administration, procurement processing, finance/accounting, and community engagement. The combination of her skills aide Health Affairs in project management, public impact research, and health data analytics.
