In her role with Health Affairs, Jackie is responsible for scheduling, documenting project processes, procurement, and tracking expenses for both the Direct Care Workers Capacity project and the Medicaid Benefits Awareness project. She brings to her work a passion for planning, building cross-functional relationships, and process improvement. 

Jackie’s previous work experience includes operations management, business analysis, finance/accounting, workforce development, and benefits administration. With more than eight years’ experience as a grocery store manager, Jackie has extensive hands-on experience in workforce development. She also championed community involvement while coordinating with regional food banks to increase perishable food donations and help fight food insecurity locally in Appalachian Ohio and West Virginia. With a history of customer service in Appalachia, Jackie has a heart to serve the people in the region.
