As a senior survey program manager, Chelsea works closely with the Health Affairs Institute and West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources staff to keep programs on track and make sure contracts are being implemented effectively and efficiently. Prior to joining Health Affairs, Chelsea served in the public-health sector with various agencies, including the WV Healthy Children and Families Coalition, the Veterans Health Information Exchange, and Alleghany Highlands Community Services.
Dedicated to youth mental wellness, Chelsea was the Chair of the Alleghany Highlands Healthy Youth Coalition and is also a certified Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) trainer and a Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer.
