Carrie is an experienced health data analyst with a background in mental health, substance use, and disability research. Carrie has particular expertise in analyzing Medicaid claims data, as well as survey development and research. She has provided analytical support for Health Affairs’ successful DADS, COVID-E, and SUPPORT teams, among others.  Additionally, Carrie provides editorial services to Health Affairs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.   

Carrie’s brings her professional skills to Health Affairs’ health data analytics, policy analysis, and survey research capabilities. She has engaged primarily on projects with focus areas of Medicaid services and behavioral health. 

Carrie previously enjoyed a career in non-profit leadership, advocacy, and community-level epidemiological research.
