As a Senior Program Manager at WVU Health Affairs Institute, Ben oversees the timeline, budget, and scope of research studies and evaluations. Ben’s background in project monitoring and evaluation enables him to provide strong management of public impact research projects. Ben previously worked on international development projects in Eastern Africa touching on a wide range of economic and social improvement initiatives. 

Ben currently manages the System of Care Evaluation and the Real Time Drug Surveillance Syringe Study and is a PMP-certified project management professional with the Project Management Institute. 

Ben has been working in the Behavioral Health and Health Information Technology focus areas through his work on System of Care. His areas of expertise include Project Management and Public Health Surveillance.
