As a program coordinator, Allie works closely with project teams and management to assist with scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and helping with budget reconciliation. Allie helps project staff with any needs they have for individual scheduling, travel, or procurement requirements. She also helps to schedule interviews and focus groups with various educators, judges, and providers across the state.
Allie’s previous work experience includes business administration, mentoring new employees, recruitment, customer service, and accounting, all of which aids her current work managing schedules, travel, and budgets. As a West Virginia native, Allie has very personal feelings about the Mountain State and its people. Working with HAI allows her to have a firsthand view of the many public health programs that West Virginia has begun to implement with hopes of improving key factors such as mental health for its residents. Allie is excited to work in a capacity that brings awareness to these programs and helps our state grow in social and economic achievements.
